Copyright Policy

Our customers must own and / or have proper authorization on the photos they want to send for painting.

Copyrighted works:

The owner of copyright in a photograph (usually the person who took the photo) would be the only person who could make a "derivative work" based on the copyrighted photograph, such as an oil painting based on that photo. In NewArtis we can not verify the ownership of the picture painted by the responsibility of the customer to have the rights and / or ownership of the photo ordered.

We reserve the right to take orders for paintings on photographs that may be prohibited obscene and / or that may damage sensitivities.

Case will keep the book for the photographs submitted and all data and personal information to provide our customers, except as necessary to realize our service and are authorized.

We do not store any data from the means of payment for our customers including credit card data.

Changes in the terms and conditions
