Order / Shipment

How long will it take you to process my order?

Please see the following chart for our delivery times. It will basically depend on the size of the artwork, and any special requests you may have.

* Express Service can be obtained for an additional cost of 15% at the time of carrying out the order.

Our terms of delivery operate under the assumption that there are no special requests or modifications after the artist is done with the artwork. If there are modifications, then it could take up to five days to address them.

These terms apply only after we have received your 20% advance payment, and we have all the information we need from you to begin.

Can I combine different photographs in a single painting?

By all means! It is perfectly acceptable to combine more than a photo in a painting. In order to do it, you will have to upload or mail us the photos and provide us with detailed instructions about what it is you want done. We do not charge extra for this service.

From what countries can I buy your artwork?

Our paintings can be shipped worldwide. The cost for standard shipping is US$19.00 to North America and US$39.00 to any other country in the world.

If I order several paintings at a time, how many shipping charges I will have?

When ordering multiple paintings, only one shipping charge will be incurred. We'll cover the rest.

Paintings and Frames

Do you provide pre-purchase consultations to help your clients decide which of their photos to use or which would work best?

Absolutely! Our consultations are free of charge. Just send us a copy of the photos you're considering, and we'll provide our feedback. You can e-mail your photos to advisory@newartis.com.

How much can weigh a painting with frame in a of 12"x16" size?

In a frame with mat, approximately 4 lbs (1.8kg).

Can I request a painting only in a gallery wrap?

Yes. You can have the paintings in the following three basic forms:

  1. Rolled in a tube so that you can put it in your own frame.
  2. Gallery wrapped, without a frame. This option is only available for oil paintings.
  3. Framed in one of our handmade frames, ready to hang.
On which material are the frames made?

Our frames are msde of 100% natural cedar wood. They are assembled and painted completely by hand.

Can I buy only the frames?

At this time, we do not sell our frames separately. However, please check our website often for changes to this policy.

What if I don't like the painting or artwork once it is completed?

Fortunately, we've never had this problem since we ship the artwork only after our clients have approved and signed off on them. However, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the final result, and do not sign-off for delivery, you will not be forced to pay the balance for the artwork. However, you will forfeit the 20% advance as this serves to cover part of the expenses incurred in time and materials.

If I have a printed photo, can I send it by mail?

Absolutely, if you have a printed photo, you can send it by mail at the address that will be provided during the order process.

Will my printed photo be returned to me once you finish the painting?

Yes, we will ship your photos back with your painting.

Can I see the painting before you send it?

Definitively, you will be able and have to see your painting before it is sent in order that give us your confirmation. You can do that through our web page.
